Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Purchases: payments are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad shares your name and email with us so we can verify your purchase and provide support.
  • License delivery: Gumroad generates and emails your license key directly at checkout. We don't store your payment details ourselves.
  • Support: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to help you and to improve the product.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.

ICP Match Tool runs locally on your machine. Your Livescraper and Anthropic API keys, and the prospect data the tool generates, never touch our servers — the tool talks directly to Livescraper and Anthropic using your own accounts.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing arnaud@icpmatch.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Belgium: the GBA/APD).

Terms of Service

Product

ICP Match Tool is a software tool for Windows and Mac that helps you define an Ideal Customer Profile, scrape Google Maps for matching businesses, and score each prospect against your ICP. It is an independent product, not affiliated with Google, Livescraper, or Anthropic.

License

Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license, including future updates. You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys.

Usage costs

ICP Match Tool connects to your own pay-as-you-go Livescraper and Anthropic accounts and is billed by them directly. We have no control over their pricing or availability.

Third-party service availability

Livescraper, Anthropic, and Google Maps are third-party services that may change, restrict, or discontinue access at any time. We aim to keep the tool compatible but can't guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific service.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refund Policy

ICP Match Tool is delivered as an instant digital download. By completing checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery of the software. As permitted under EU consumer law for digital content delivered immediately with your consent, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends as soon as you download the tool.

If you haven't downloaded the tool yet, email arnaud@icpmatch.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full via Gumroad. Once the tool has been downloaded, the purchase is final and no refund can be issued.
